Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let cool.
- Chop the English cucumber and sweet white onion, then place them in a large mixing bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, salt, and vinegar. Season with black pepper to taste.
- Once the pasta has cooled, combine it with the chopped vegetables in the mixing bowl and pour the dressing over everything. Gently mix until well-coated.
- Garnish with fresh dill and serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for about an hour to enhance flavors.
