Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine nut butter, protein powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Adjust consistency with almond flour if needed.
- Divide the dough into a muffin tin, pressing it firmly into each cup.
- Prepare the coconut layer by mixing So Delicious Coconut Whip with optional protein powder and chocolate chips; spread over the cookie dough layer.
- Freeze for 4-5 hours until firm.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil; dip each bar before returning them to freeze until set.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer and thaw briefly before serving.
