Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse the freeze-dried strawberries until finely crushed. Add rolled oats, protein powder, almond flour, and salt; blend until fine.
- Incorporate cream cheese, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract into the mixture. Blend until cohesive; add water/milk if needed.
- Roll about 1 tablespoon of dough into balls. Optionally roll in crushed graham crackers or drizzle with melted white chocolate.
- Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to firm up before serving.
