- 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two round cake pans.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, mix eggs, oil, and milk until frothy; combine with dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Divide the batter between prepared pans and bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
- For the mousse, melt dark chocolate over low heat and heat raspberries with agar-agar until dissolved; mix both together.
- Assemble by layering one cake with half of the mousse and topping it with the second layer followed by the remaining mousse.
