Instructions

- Place the marinated chicken drumsticks on the same baking sheet alongside the potatoes and veggies.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving; garnish with fresh parsley.
