  • 6 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 11 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 gallon ice cream (any flavor, softened)
  • 16 oz chocolate wafers
  • 1.5 cups chopped peanuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the waffle cone maker.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, egg whites, vanilla, salt, melted butter, cocoa powder, and flour until smooth.
  3. Pour about 2–3 tablespoons of batter into the waffle cone maker and cook for 40–45 seconds.
  4. Hang cooked cones on a rack to cool in taco shape.
  5. Soften the ice cream and stir for even consistency.
  6. Fill each cooled taco shell with softened ice cream and freeze until firm.
  7. Melt chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl and dip the open side of each taco into it; then dip in chopped peanuts.
  8. Freeze again until ready to serve.
