- 7 cups popcorn (popped)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 scoop cake batter protein powder
- 50 regular-size marshmallows
- Funfetti sprinkles (for garnish)
Instructions
- Pop your popcorn using your preferred method until you have about 6-7 cups ready.
- In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add marshmallows and stir until smooth.
- Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract and protein powder. Pour this mixture over the popped popcorn and gently toss to coat evenly.
- Add the funfetti sprinkles and give it another gentle toss.
- Transfer the mixture to a parchment-lined baking dish or sheet pan. Press down firmly but gently to form an even layer.
- For an optional touch, drizzle melted white chocolate on top and add more sprinkles if desired.
- Allow the treats to firm up for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares or breaking into clusters.
