- 2 slices of bread
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 slices of cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Slice the banana into thin rounds.
- Spread one tablespoon of honey on one slice of bread.
- Layer banana slices evenly and top with cheese.
- Place the second slice of bread on top.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the sandwich for 3–4 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, slice in half, and serve immediately.
