Instructions

- Assemble each bowl by adding rice as the base and topping with black beans, cherry tomatoes, corn, red onion, avocado slices, and cilantro.
- Optional: Whisk together olive oil, lime juice, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to drizzle over the assembled bowls.
- Top each bowl with sliced chicken and serve immediately.
