Instructions
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes (if using). Season with salt and pepper.
- Brush the butterflied lobster tails generously with the honey garlic mixture.
- Grill the lobster tails for 3-4 minutes on each side until opaque and firm.
- While grilling, prepare the lemon aioli by mixing mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Allow the grilled lobster to rest for a minute before serving with a dollop of lemon aioli.
