Instructions

- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken thighs skin-side down and cook for 5-7 minutes without moving.
- Flip the chicken and reduce heat to medium; cook for another 7-10 minutes until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).
- Remove chicken from the skillet and leave some fat for flavor.
- Sauté minced garlic in the skillet for 30-60 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the prepared sauce and let it thicken before adding the chicken back to coat in the glaze.
