  • 12 oz Broccoli Florets, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 lb Ground Chicken (97/3)
  • 1/4 C Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 23 Tbsp Sriracha, to spice preference
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • Sesame Seeds and Green Onion, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add broccoli florets and cook until dark green (about 5-6 minutes). Set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and brown the ground chicken thoroughly.
  3. While chicken cooks, mix sweet chili sauce, honey, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger in a bowl.
  4. Once chicken is fully cooked, pour the sauce mixture over it; stir until slightly thickened.
  5. Add back broccoli to the skillet; combine gently until well mixed.
  6. Serve warm with sesame seeds and green onion as garnish.
