Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil, divided
- 12 oz Broccoli Florets, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 lb Ground Chicken (97/3)
- 1/4 C Sweet Chili Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 2–3 Tbsp Sriracha, to spice preference
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Ground Ginger
- Sesame Seeds and Green Onion, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add broccoli florets and cook until dark green (about 5-6 minutes). Set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and brown the ground chicken thoroughly.
- While chicken cooks, mix sweet chili sauce, honey, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger in a bowl.
- Once chicken is fully cooked, pour the sauce mixture over it; stir until slightly thickened.
- Add back broccoli to the skillet; combine gently until well mixed.
- Serve warm with sesame seeds and green onion as garnish.
