Ingredients
Scale
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ⅓ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional, for extra heat)
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- For the hot honey sauce, combine honey, red pepper flakes, apple cider vinegar, and butter in a small saucepan over low heat until melted. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together feta cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dried oregano, and olive oil until smooth.
- Pour half of the hot honey sauce over the seared chicken and transfer to the oven. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from oven and dollop with feta sauce before drizzling with remaining hot honey sauce.
