Instructions
- Marinate the shrimp in buttermilk for at least 15 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour and spices; mix well.
- Dredge each shrimp in the seasoned flour mixture and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pot to 350°F.
- Fry the shrimp in batches for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the shrimp with a slotted spoon and drizzle with hot honey.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
