Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat chicken dry; season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear chicken for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Mix hot honey and garlic in a bowl to create a glaze.
- Place seared chicken in a baking dish; pour glaze over it.
- Top with crumbled feta and fresh herbs.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes; serve garnished with lemon juice.
