Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and chopped onion until browned; drain excess fat.
- Season the meat with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Grease a 9-inch pie dish and layer the beef mixture evenly on the bottom.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef layer.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and flour until smooth; pour over the layers in the pie dish.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and set in the center.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
