Instructions
- Heat water in a saucepan until simmering; remove from heat.
- Add green tea bags and grated ginger; steep for 2-3 minutes.
- Strain mixture into a pitcher using a fine mesh strainer.
- Stir in honey while warm; adjust sweetness to taste.
- Mix in fresh orange and lemon juices; stir well.
- Refrigerate until chilled; serve over ice.
- Garnish with mint leaves before serving.
