Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan or rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, chopped onion, eggs, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.

  4. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard for the glaze. Spread half of it over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C), brushing with remaining glaze during the last 10 minutes.
