- 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
- Prepare your workspace and gather all ingredients.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and granulated sugar; mix until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
- Form small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) from the mixture and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Melt chocolate chips in increments of 30 seconds until fully melted. Dip each chilled cheesecake ball into the melted chocolate and return to the baking sheet.
- Once coated, refrigerate again until firm.
