Instructions

  3. Dissolve agar-agar in water over medium heat according to package instructions, then gradually mix it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour the filling over the baked crust and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until set.
  5. Release from the springform pan, slice, and serve chilled.
