Instructions

  3. In another bowl, melt butter and let it cool slightly before mixing in eggs until smooth.
  4. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients until just mixed; fold in dark chocolate chips.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are firm but centers are slightly underbaked.
  7. Let cool on the baking sheet for a minute before transferring to wire racks.
