Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, melt butter and let it cool slightly before mixing in eggs until smooth.
- Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients until just mixed; fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are firm but centers are slightly underbaked.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a minute before transferring to wire racks.
