- 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut

- 1 cup whole almonds
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk until sticky but manageable.
- Form small balls (about one inch in diameter), placing an almond in the center of each ball. Shape them back into balls and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- While baking, melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Once cool, dip each coconut bite into the melted chocolate and return to the baking sheet to set.
