- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets in the baking dish and pour the marinade over them.
- Generously sprinkle fresh dill on top of each fillet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving; garnish with extra lemon slices if desired.
