- 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 8 soft corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Sriracha, and honey to create the bang bang sauce.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp for about 2 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- Warm tortillas in another skillet for about 30 seconds per side until pliable.
- Spread bang bang sauce on each tortilla, add cooked shrimp, then top with cabbage, green onions, and cilantro.
- Serve immediately with extra sauce if desired.
