Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy using an electric mixer.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the lemon zest.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder; gradually fold into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries and pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before cutting into squares.
