- 24 oz frozen tater tots
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- Ranch dressing (optional, for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through; let rest before shredding.
- Toss shredded chicken in buffalo sauce until fully coated.
- Spread tater tots on another baking sheet and bake according to package instructions until golden brown (about 25-30 minutes).
- Once the tots are crispy, layer the shredded chicken on top, followed by shredded cheese. Return to the oven for about 5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve warm, drizzled with ranch dressing and garnished with green onions.
