Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in two large eggs one at a time until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar topping.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool before slicing.
