Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
- 2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- 3. In another bowl, mix vegetable oil, water (or coffee), and vinegar until well combined.
- 4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- 5. Transfer batter to the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
- 6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs. Cool completely before slicing.
