Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- Gradually add cold milk and knead until smooth.
- Chill the dough wrapped in plastic for about 30 minutes.
- Flatten butter between parchment sheets into a rectangle and chill until firm.
- Roll out dough and encase the butter layer; laminate through multiple folds.
- Shape dough into triangles with chocolate at the base and roll them up tightly.
- Proof shaped croissants until doubled in size.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
