Instructions

- Assemble Egg Rolls: Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon 2 tablespoons of filling onto the center. Fold in sides and roll tightly from bottom to top; use water to seal edges.
- Heat Oil: In a skillet, heat enough vegetable oil to cover half an inch over medium heat until hot (about 350°F).
- Fry Egg Rolls: Add egg rolls in batches, frying until golden brown (3-4 minutes per side). Use tongs to turn as needed.
- Drain Excess Oil: Transfer cooked egg rolls onto paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Serve: Place on a platter and serve with sweet chili sauce or your favorite dip.
