Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Season chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Sear chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds. Pour in chicken broth, reduce slightly, then stir in heavy cream and grated Asiago cheese until melted.
- Return seared chicken to the skillet, simmer on low heat for 5-10 minutes until flavors meld.
- Serve hot, drizzled with creamy sauce.
