- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 16 oz store-bought gnocchi
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 packet (1 oz) dried ranch seasoning mix
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: chop green onions and mince garlic.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil and cook seasoned chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
- Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet for one minute until fragrant. Add chicken broth and scrape up brown bits.
- Lower heat and stir in cream cheese until melted smoothly. Add ranch seasoning mix and combine well.
- Add gnocchi to the sauce; let simmer until they float, about three minutes.
- Return cooked chicken to the skillet with green onions; stir until heated through. Serve warm.
