- 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth

- 1 tsp paprika

Instructions
- Dice the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
- In a large pot over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté the onions and garlic until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add chicken, cumin, and paprika; cook until chicken is golden brown, about 7 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and add green chilies; bring to a simmer.
- Stir in cream cheese until melted and smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Serve hot with desired toppings.
