Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix vegetable oil and eggs until smooth. Combine this mixture with the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let the brownies cool completely before cutting them into squares and layering them with scoops of ice cream on a serving platter.
