Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a round or square baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
- In another bowl, mix vegetable oil, plant-based milk, and vanilla extract. Pour into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped apples gently until evenly mixed.
- Pour batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth out. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
