- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup ground hazelnuts

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, ground hazelnuts, sugar, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in milk until smooth.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just blended.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before drizzling with honey.
