Instructions
- Chop the beef sausage into bite-sized pieces and dice the broccoli into florets.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, chicken broth, and cornstarch mixture until well combined.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the chopped beef sausage until browned (about 5 minutes).
- Add the broccoli florets with a splash of water; cover and steam for about 3 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
- Add the shrimp and pour in the honey garlic sauce; stir to coat everything evenly.
- Cook until the shrimp are pink (about 4 minutes). Serve warm over rice or noodles.
