- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
- In another bowl, beat granulated sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter until creamy.
- Gradually combine the dry mixture into the peanut butter mixture; mix until just combined.
- Roll tablespoon-sized dough into balls and place on prepared baking sheets, spaced two inches apart.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Cool slightly before transferring to wire racks.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl; dip cooled cookies halfway into the chocolate and let set.
