- 1 box chocolate cake mix (15.25 oz)
- 1 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup water (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup whole milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix the chocolate cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs until just combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the baking dish and dollop peanut butter on top. Sprinkle chocolate chips before adding the remaining batter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cooling for at least ten minutes before serving warm with ice cream or let cool completely.
