Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar until combined.
- Create a well in the center and add vegetable oil, milk, and eggs; stir until just blended.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Slice and serve.
