- 1 ripe mango, diced

- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Pat dry shrimp and toss with taco seasoning until well-coated.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
- Prepare mango salsa by mixing diced mango, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl.
- Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave until pliable.
- Assemble tacos by placing cooked shrimp on each tortilla and topping with mango salsa.
- Serve immediately while warm.
