Instructions

- Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture, alternating with milk. Fold in chopped pecans.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for ten minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
