Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two round baking pans.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time. Gradually mix in milk and coffee until combined.
- Fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture carefully; stir in white chocolate chips.
- Divide batter between pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cooling for about ten minutes before transferring to wire racks.
