Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, banana pepper brine, dijon mustard, minced garlic, grated parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chickpeas, white kidney beans, cubed salami or turkey, diced bell pepper, quartered tomatoes, diced red onion, and chopped banana peppers.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss until all ingredients are well coated.
