Instructions
- Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, grated cheddar, minced jalapeños, and garlic until well combined.
- Make the Patties: In another bowl, combine ground turkey, almond flour, minced onion, salt, black pepper, and cumin until mixed.
- Stuff the Burgers: Shape half of the turkey mixture into patties with wells in the center. Add filling and cover with more turkey mixture to seal.
- Cook: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Brush burgers with olive oil and grill for 7-8 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Serve: Top with crispy turkey bacon and enjoy on lettuce wraps or your favorite toppings.
