  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into small logs and thread onto skewers.
  3. Brush with olive oil and grill over medium heat for about 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
  4. For tzatziki sauce, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Serve the kofta skewers with tzatziki sauce for dipping.
