Ingredients
- 500g ground turkey
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber (grated and drained)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small logs and thread onto skewers.
- Brush with olive oil and grill over medium heat for about 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
- For tzatziki sauce, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, and salt in another bowl.
- Serve the kofta skewers with tzatziki sauce for dipping.
