- 1 medium yellow onion (quartered)
- 1 cup fresh parsley (washed and patted dry)
- 600 grams lean ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon seven spice blend
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse the quartered onion and parsley until finely chopped.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion and parsley mixture, salt, black pepper, seven spice blend, and cayenne. Mix thoroughly by hand.
- Mold the mixture around skewers to form kebabs about an inch thick.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the kebabs for approximately 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
