Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Steam cauliflower until fork-tender; then chop into bite-sized pieces.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine heavy cream, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add cheddar cheese until melted.
- Mix chopped cauliflower into the cheese sauce until evenly coated.
- Pour mixture into the baking dish and top with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Optional: Broil for an additional few minutes for a crispy topping.
