Instructions

- Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 5–7 minutes.
- Fill each zucchini boat with the chicken mixture.
- Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown; broil for extra crispiness if desired.
