- 2 cups broccoli florets

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Prep all ingredients by washing and cutting broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook ground beef for 5–7 minutes until browned, draining excess fat.
- Add broccoli florets and seasonings to the skillet. Cook for another 5–7 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp.
- Lower the heat and stir in heavy cream and half of the cheddar cheese until creamy. Top with remaining cheese and cover for 2–3 minutes until melted.
